Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1 tbsp ragi flour


  • 1 tbsp besan


  • 1 tbsp semolina


  • 1 cups finely chopped cabbage


  • 1 cups finely grated carrots


  • 1/2 cups finely grated beetroot


  • 1/2 cups finely grated raddish


  • 1/2 cups finely chopped onions


  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tsp green chillies


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tsp ajwain


  • 4-5 tbsp oil


  • 1 cups mint coriander chutney for serving


  • 1 cups schezwaan chutney for garnishing

Directions

  • Mix all the flour and vegetables properly.
  • Add all the spices
  • Since the veggies will leave their own juices add water slowly to prepare a dough
  • Knead a tough dough not very soft because in some time it will become soft
  • Roll out semi thick parathas
  • Cook them on tawa from both the sides by applying oil
  • Serve them along with mint coriander and schezwaan chutney
